Besides traditional festive dishes such as roasted meats, the hotel is serving Alaskan king crab at Latest Recipe to pamper diners’ taste buds.

Hotel junior sous chef Chan Chee Siong said the large crabs, known for their unmatched flavour, quality and texture, would be flown in specially for the festive menus.

“The Alaskan king crabs will be poached so guests can really savour the taste, and served alongside other seafood delights like snow crabs, oysters and lobsters.

It is different from the usual smoked salmon found in a buffet.

Another option to start with is the Broccoli Soup with Truffle Oil – with the truffle oil lending a rich musky aroma.
