The hotel recently revamped its list of dishes to cater to local preferences.

On festive occasions, the teams will be introducing retail products and exclusive items to commemorate the occasion.

Kick-start meals with appetisers from Lemon Garden such as popiah, Caesar salad and mango kerabu.

Local delights include Hainanese Chicken Rice, Nasi Lemak with Beef Rendang and Butter Chicken Masala.

For international flavours, choose from dishes such as Penne Arrabbiata and Margherita Pizza while the children’s menu offers favourites like Chucky Super Mac and Cheese, Mini Beef Burger and Spaghetti Bolognaise.

Japanese restaurant Zipangu has four selections of bento box, perfect for either lunch or dinner.

Choose from the premier, beef and chicken, deep-fried or vegetarian bento box.

Teriyaki sets with either grilled chicken or Australian tenderloin steak are also available.

If you are looking for sushi instead, Zipangu offers five to eight pieces per set of California roll, tempura prawn, spicy mackerel, soft shell crab and barbecue eel.

The Cantonese dining experience at home comes with Shang Palace’s signature dishes, such as Braised Hot and Sour Sichuan Soup, Hong Kong-Style Roasted Duck and Deep-fried Beancurd Skin with Prawn.

For sharing dishes for two, indulge in Deep-fried Crispy Prawns Coated with Salted Yolk, Stewed Hong Kong “Ee Fu” Noodles with Minced Prawns and Wok-fried Red and White Rice with Seafood and Sakura Prawns.

At Arthur’s Bar and Grill, there are eight variations of burgers, from The Original to Monster Mayhem and Korean Fried Chicken.

For dishes to share, the roast selection consists of meaty options such as Garlic and Thyme Roast Chicken, Percik Chicken, Slow-cooked Australian Lamb Leg, Beef Wellington and Roasted Australian Sirloin.

Lemon Garden 2Go, which acts as the hotel’s delivery and self pick-up station, also offers individual and whole cakes.

The afternoon tea set, which changes themes monthly, is available too.
