Guests will have the opportunity to savour dishes such as Filipino Leche Flan (creme caramel), Indonesian ayam penyet, Laotian Shrimp Rice Paper Rolls, Myanmar’s Tea Leaf Salad, Singaporean Chilli Crab, Thai mango sticky rice and Vietnamese banh mi – enveloping a tapestry of the region’s cuisines.
The buffet offers a multi-sensory experience, celebrating the regional ingredients, cooking styles and cultural identity of each country.
This culinary showcase also offers guests a unique opportunity to experience authentic dishes from across the region in a single setting.
