PETALING JAYA: Willowglen MSC Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd, has been awarded two contracts by SP PowerAssets Ltd, Singapore for the comprehensive maintenance of SCADA systems in cable tunnels, worth RM24.9mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the commencement date of the contracts is on Sept 29, 2026 and will be completed by Sept 28, 2031.
“The contracts are expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026 to 2031.”
