PETALING JAYA: Willowglen MSC Bhd
has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Willowglen Services Pte Ltd (WSPL) has been awarded a contract valued at approximately RM108mil for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical, security and monitoring systems.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Willowglen said the identity of the customer is not disclosed as WSPL is subject to confidentiality obligations under the agreement entered into with the customer.
Willowglen said it has sought but has not obtained the customer's consent to disclose its identity.
“The contract duration is eight years and 11 months, commencing on Aug 19, 2026.
“The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group's earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2026 to 2035.”
Willowglen said the contract is not renewable and the risks in respect of the contract are the normal business risks.
The company is principally engaged in the research and development, sales, implementation and maintenance of computer-based control and integrated monitoring systems.
