PETALING JAYA: EP Manufacturing Bhd
has announced the resignation of its group chief executive officer Ahmad Razlan Mohamed.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said Ahmad Razlan had stepped down to pursue other professional opportunities.
“The board wishes to place on record its appreciation to Ahmad Razlan for his contributions and leadership during his tenure with the group.”
Following his resignation, EP Manufacturing said Ahmad Razlan may, where reasonably required, assist the company in relation to the handover and clarification of matters arising from his previous tenure, to facilitate continuity and an orderly transition.
“Such assistance shall not constitute his continued appointment as an executive officer of the company,” it said.
