PETALING JAYA: Exsim Hospitality Bhd has secured three subcontract contracts worth a combined RM27mil from Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd, covering reinforced concrete works in Bandar Sri Damansara and Kuantan as well as aluminium and glazing works in Titiwangsa.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Exsim Hospitality said it secured these new jobs through its wholly-owned subsidiary, EXSIM Concepto Sdn Bhd (ECSB).
The largest contract of the three, worth RM12.96mil, entails the supply and installation of reinforced concrete works including all necessary temporary works (all provisional) at Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor.
The second RM8.64mil contract covers similar works in Kuantan, Pahang. Moreover, the third contract, worth RM5.4mil, is for the supply and installation of aluminium and glazing works at Taman Tiara Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur.
All three contracts commenced on Oct 1, with the first two scheduled for completion by Dec 31, while the Titiwangsa project is scheduled for completion on Jan 4, 2027.
ECSB is principally involved in providing specialised fit-out services for hospitality property assets, general contracting business and centralised procurement business. Meanwhile, Taghill is undertaking the management of building and construction projects.
