PMW extends supply arrangement with EDOTCO Group to April 2029

PETALING JAYA: PMW International Bhd has entered into a supplemental agreement (SA) with four subsidiaries of EDOTCO Group Sdn Bhd to extend the existing Master Framework Agreement (MFA) for the design, fabrication and supply of concrete poles until April 2029.

In a statement, the integrated infrastructure solutions provider said the original MFA was signed in May 2024 and covers the design, fabrication and supply of spun concrete poles in accordance with EDOTCO’s technical requirements.

Under the MFA and SA, PMW said its wholly-owned subsidiary PMW Marketing Sdn Bhd (PMSB) supplies spun concrete poles of up to 30 metres in height, including Biochar-enhanced Prestressed Concrete Poles and concrete monopoles, for telecommunications infrastructure applications.

“The SA reflects the continued collaboration between PMSB and EDOTCO in supporting the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure, with both parties continuing to work together on product quality, technical requirements and supply reliability.

“Since the commencement of the original MFA in 2024, PMW and its subsidiaries have supplied approximately RM10mil worth of concrete monopoles for a total of 292 sites to date and considers EDOTCO as one of its key telecommunications customers.”
