PETALING JAYA: Cuscapi Bhd has announced that Wong Thean Soon, better known as TS Wong, has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of the company with effect from Sept 17, 2026.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the management services provider said Wong disposed of his 99.12 million shares via a direct business transaction, followed by a further disposal of 4.5 million shares via direct business transaction by Asia Internet Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Wong, who is the managing director of MyEG Services Bhd, owns Asia Internet Holdings.

He previously held a 25.13% direct stake and a 2.937% indirect interest in Cuscapi before reducing his direct stake to 10.49%, although he remained the company’s largest shareholder at the time.

Pledged shares in Zetrix AI Bhd and shares in Excel Force MSC Bhd were also disposed of towards the end of August this year.

Cuscapi is the second listed company affected by the disposal of Wong’s pledged shares.
