PETALING JAYA: Enproserve Group Bhd
has secured a facility management and maintenance services contract from Perbadanan Putrajaya worth RM12.3mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract is in relation to Quarters 4C and 8R2, Precinct 8, Putrajaya.
“The scope of work of the project involves the total comprehensive management, operation and maintenance of the buildings, common areas and installations within the quarters, which includes, but is not limited to, civil and structural works; mechanical and electrical systems and services; and housekeeping, pest control and landscaping services.”
The company said the date of site possession is Jan 1, 2027.
It said the project is for a period of 36 months, with the completion date for the whole of the works falling on Dec 31, 2029.
“The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Enproserve for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2027 onwards until the completion of the project.”
