PETALING JAYA: Glomac Bhd
posted a net profit of RM7.6mil for the first quarter of financial year 2027 (1QFY27), compared with a net loss of RM1.42mil in the same period last year.
Revenue surged to RM68.53mil in 1QFY27 from RM26.05mil in 1QFY26, mainly driven by higher contributions from its property development segment amid increased activity across ongoing projects.
The group announced a single-tier final dividend of 1.38 sen per share for the financial year ended April 30, 2026, to be paid on Dec 16, 2026.
Looking ahead, Glomac expects its growth momentum to continue, supported by a healthy development pipeline and progress across its key projects.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Glomac said it would build on this momentum through the timely execution of ongoing projects and planned launches.
The group remains optimistic of its growth trajectory and committed to driving performance through close monitoring of market conditions, prudent cost management and strong project execution.
“This positions Glomac to deliver sustainable long-term value to shareholders,” it said.
