KUALA LUMPUR: Pesona Metro Holdings Bhd
said its wholly-owned subsidiary Pesona Metro Sdn Bhd has accepted a RM247.5mil contract from Setia Alam Medical Centre Sdn Bhd for constructions works a proposed three-block private hospital project in Shah Alam.
It said in a stock exchange filing the three blocks will include hospital wards and facilities, support areas and M&E spaces, as well as parking levels.
The project will be carried out over 30 months from July 28, 2026 to Jan 28, 2029.
