Silver Ridge unit bags RM6.25mil sub-contract for Bandar Kinrara development


KUALA LUMPUR Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Ingress Delta Construction Sdn Bhd has secured a sub-contract from Makna Setia Sdn Bhd to provide construction works for a mixed-use development in Bandar Kinrara, in Petaling, Selangor, valued at RM6.25mil.

It said in a bourse filing the scope of work entails providing all materials and construction equipment, and all services and labour needed for the construction, supply, installation,

completion, testing, and commissioning of brickworks, plastering, and skim coat (Tower A) for the project.

The sub-contract is expected to be completed by April 30, 2027. It is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of th group for the financial year ending June 30, 2027.
