KUALA LUMPUR: Waja Konsortium Bhd
will be uplifted from its Guidance Note 3 (GN3) status after regularising its financial condition.
In a statement, Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd said Waja no longer triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of GN3 of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
“Accordingly, Waja will be uplifted from being classified as a GN3 company effective from 9 am, July 8,” it said.
Bursa Malaysia said it would continue to monitor the progress of companies under Practice Note 17 (PN17) and GN3 to ensure compliance with the Main Market and ACE Market Listing Requirements.
