Rohas Tecnic unit cleared as MACC concludes probe


PETALING JAYA: Rohas Tecnic Bhd (RTB) announced that its subsidiary, HG Power Transmission Sdn Bhd (HGPT), has received confirmation from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) on July 2, 2026 that investigations into HGPT have been concluded.

The MACC confirmed that no further action will be taken against HGPT, its shareholders, directors, or former directors, meaning there will be no charges, prosecution, or enforcement measures.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, RTB noted this closure provides certainty for the group and its stakeholders, allowing it to move forward without regulatory concerns.

It added that the group is committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance, integrity and regulatory compliance, reinforcing confidence in its operations and long-term stability.
