Silver Ridge bags RM2mil job


PETALING JAYA: Silver Ridge Holdings Bhd has secured a contract from Sunway Parkview Sdn Bhd to build three showhome units at Bandar Medini Iskandar, Johor Baru worth RM2.32mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract involves the construction of three double-story terraced houses.

“The contract commenced on June 4, 2026 and is expected to be completed on Oct 3, 2026.

“The scope of the contract falls within the group’s ordinary course of business.”

The company said the contract will contribute positively to the earnings of the group for the financial year ending June 30, 2027.
