Industronics slips into PN17


KUALA LUMPUR: Industronics Bhd has triggered the criteria pursuant to Practise Note 17 (PN17) of the Main Market listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia.

In a statement, Bursa Malaysia said it would continue to monitor the progress of the electronics company in respect of its compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements.

Industronics designs, manufactures and installs electronics, telecom, AV multimedia, intelligent transport and ICT systems.

The counter fell 20%, or 0.5 sen, to 2 sen, with 28.9 million shares traded.

As at April 24, there are a total of 16 companies classified under PN17 and GN3, which represent 1.50% of the total number of 1,066 companies listed on the Main Market and ACE Market of Bursa Securities.
