KUALA LUMPUR: Samaiden Group Bhd
said its sub-subsidiary Legasi Suria Selatan Sdn Bhd (LSSSB) has executed a solar power purchase agreement (SPPA) with Tenaga Nasional Bhd for the development and operation of a solar photovoltaic energy generating facility under the large-scale solar Petra 5+ programme.
LSSSB, a special purpose veihcle set up to undertake the project, is a 70%-owned subsidiary of Samaiden Sdn Bhd, which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of Samaiden.
