Bursa to suspend trading of Pertama Digital shares on Nov 14

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd will suspend trading of Pertama Digital Bhd’s securities effective Nov 14, 2025, after the company failed to submit its proposed regularisation plan within the stipulated timeframe.

In a filing today, the exchange said the suspension is in line with Paragraph 8.03A(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements and Bursa Securities’ letter dated May 28, 2025.

The suspension will remain in force until further notice, pending Pertama’s compliance with the relevant listing requirements. - Bernama
