, via its specialised indirect subsidiary Green AI Sdn Bhd, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Shenzhen Envicool Technology Co Ltd (Envicool), a global leader in advanced cooling technologies.
In a statement, KJTS said the MoU paves the way for a strategic collaboration to pursue data centre infrastructure projects across Asean, focusing on innovative and energy-efficient cooling solutions.
