KUALA LUMPUR: Here are the announcements that made headlines in Corporate Malaysia.

Rohas Tecnic Bhd’s 86.8%-owned subsidiary HG Power Transmission Sdn Bhd has secured its second Tenaga Nasional Bhd contract in two days, worth RM42.4mn for fibre optic supply and services on the utility's high-voltage infrastructure.

OGX Group Bhd has secured an RM96.6mn contract to supply fibre optic cables, patch panels and related materials for data centres.

ISF Group Bhd, via its wholly owned subsidiary Yeo Plumber Sdn Bhd, has been appointed subcontractor for internal sewerage works at a hyperscale data centre project worth RM14.5mn.

Gamuda Bhd, through its subsidiary Gamuda Renewable Pty Ltd, has acquired an interest in the Hazelwood North Solar Farm and Battery Energy Storage System project in Victoria, Australia, from Manthos Investments Pty Ltd.

Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd has entered into a joint venture agreement with Brunei-based Petrokon Utama Sdn Bhd to pursue opportunities in Brunei's oil and gas sector.

Ann Joo Resources Bhd's unit Gurun Heavy Industrial Park Sdn Bhd and Transyear Sdn Bhd are disposing of a 25.3-hectare industrial land in Gurun Heavy Industrial Park, Kedah to Zichen Malaysia Sdn Bhd for RM119.6mn.

Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd has committed up to RM2.0bn in financing solutions for SMEs through a partnership with Credit Guarantee Corp Malaysia Bhd.

Malayan Banking Bhd said its Indonesian unit is cooperating with authorities in enquiries involving certain corporate customers, with personnel from Maybank Indonesia requested to provide information as witnesses.

Tune Protect Group Bhd expects the insurance industry to remain largely subdued over the next one to two years amid geopolitical uncertainties but is confident of outperforming the broader market.

Amway (Malaysia) Holdings Bhd has appointed Leng Kek Mun, 45, as its managing director.
