Econpile unit accepts RM35.8mil subcontract


KUALA LUMPUR: Econpile Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd is undertaking a subcontract for piling and substructure works for a proposed commercial development in Section 44, Japan Ampang, in Kuala Lumpur for RM35.8mil.

The group said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia the development comprises a 69-storey Soho block and a 78-storey Sovo block.

The project, which is expected to be completed within 15 months from April 16, 2025, is expected to contribute positively to the revenue and earnings of the company from the financial year ending June 30, 2025, onwards.
