Uzma bags PETRONAS Carigali projects


The contracts involve operations across multiple locations in Sabah and Sarawak.

PETALING JAYA: Uzma Bhd has secured three contracts from PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd for the provision of coiled tubing unit equipment and services across Sabah and Sarawak, as well as for completion packages in Malaysia.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Uzma said the contracts were awarded to its subsidiary, Setegap Ventures Petroleum Sdn Bhd, and cover a broad scope of well services, including intervention, completion, idle well reactivation and production enhancement activities.

The contracts will run for five years, commencing Feb 13, 2026 and ending Feb 12, 2031, and involve operations across multiple locations in Sabah and Sarawak.

There was no mention of what the values of the contracts were.
