Tuju Setia bags RM359mil residential job


PETALING JAYA: Tuju Setia Bhd has secured a high-rise residential project from Sime Darby Property Bhd valued at RM359.3mil.

In a statement, the construction services company said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn Bhd, has been appointed as the main contractor to undertake the construction of Ara Bloc Residences in Ara Damansara.

“The new contract further propels the group’s outstanding order book to a fresh peak of RM2.4bil, providing a robust earnings visibility through 2029. It entails the construction of three serviced apartments blocks, featuring a nine-storey podium with facilities, parking, retail units, utilities and lobbies. The project is scheduled for completion within 40 months, with commencement on April 21, 2026.”

Spread across 1.9 acres, Ara Bloc Residences is a new freehold serviced apartment development in the matured township of Ara Damansara.
