Mohd Rizal joins Country Heights as CEO


PETALING JAYA: Country Heights Holdings Bhd has appointed Mohd Rizal Zubair as its chief executive officer (CEO) with effect from April 15.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer said that Mohd Rizal, 55, brings over 30 years of extensive experience in audit, finance, investment management, corporate restructuring and strategic leadership across listed corporations, financial institutions and government-linked entities.

He was previously the group CEO of UKM Holdings Sdn Bhd (from October 2022 to March 2026), where he oversaw investment holdings, healthcare, consulting and real estate businesses.

“The board is confident that Mohd Rizal’s strong leadership capabilities, coupled with his extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic transformation and investment management, will enhance the company’s operational performance and drive sustainable long-term growth,” the firm added.
