Reservoir Link Energy Bhd is acquiring 545,044 shares (or a 30.0%) stake in Propel Maxflo Sdn Bhd from Propel Oilfield Services Sdn Bhd for RM7.4mn.

Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad has obtained an interlocutory injunction order against Awana JV Suria Saga Sdn Bhd in relation to the ongoing material litigation involving its wholly-owned subsidiary, SCIB Properties Sdn Bhd.

Sapura Resources Bhd and its subsidiaries have initiated legal action against its former managing director and director Datuk Shahriman Shamsuddin and 3 others, alleging breaches of fiduciary, statutory and contractual duties, as well as conspiracy to injure the companies.
