KUALA LUMPUR: Conglomerate Sunway Bhd
has appointed Tan Sri Abdul Wahid Omar as its independent and non-executive director with immediate effect.
Sunway said Abdul Wahid, 62, is currently Cypark Resources Bhd and IOI Corporation Bhd independent non-executive chairman.
