KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd
has announced the resignation of its director/group managing director, Ho Kong Soon, effective April 1.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property developer said Ho, 58, resigned to pursue personal endeavours.
Ho joined Matrix Concepts as director and general manager in 1997. He was promoted to group deputy managing director in 2012 and redesignated as group managing director on Sept 1, 2018.
