Inta Bina unit to acquire Selangor land for RM23mil

KUALA LUMPUR: Inta Bina Group Bhd has announced its wholly-owned subsidiary Seiring Setia Sdn Bhd has purchased 11,025 sqm of freehold land in Petaling, Selangor, from QL Agrifoods Sdn Bhd for RM23mil.

It said in filing with Bursa Malaysia the acquisition was an opportunity for it to accumulate strategic land for property development purposes.

"The board also believes that the future development of the Land is expected to contribute positively to the group’s future earnings in the medium-to-long term and deliver sustainable growth to the Group if the development components on the Land are planned properly," it said.
