Haily wins RM77mil contract


PETALING JAYA: Haily Group Bhd has secured a RM76.65mil contract to construct 171 link houses in Johor Baru for a project undertaken by Kews Senibong Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Haily said its subsidiary Haily Construction Sdn Bhd accepted a letter of award issued by Razin Architects Sdn Bhd on behalf of Kews Senibong.

Under Phase 1A, Haily will build 14 units of two-storey link houses, six units of three-storey link house as well as a unit of guard house and entrance statement.

Meanwhile, under Phase 1B, Haily will construct 118 two-storey link houses, 33 units of three-storey link houses, a unit of clubhouse and swimming pool, a unit of Tenaga Nasional Bhd substation and a unit of refuse centre.

Phase 1A commenced on July 16, with some units to complete by March 15, 2025 and others on Oct 15, 2025.
