KUALA LUMPUR: EG Industries Bhd
said its wholly-owned subsidiary SMT Technologies Sdn Bhd has secured a US$117mil (RM547.17mil) confirmed purchase order for 5G photonics related products from an existing key customer.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the customer is a global industry leader with expertise in industry leading research and development and cutting-edge manufacturing for, among others, optical modules, wireless access broadband, carrier ethernet and edge computing.
