BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Planet Brunei Reborn, Brunei’s longest-running and most popular Minecraft server, hosted its inaugural New Year’s countdown celebration, bringing together players from across Brunei and the wider Asian gaming community for a night of festivities, fireworks and community spirit.
The event, held on the evening of December 31, 2025, featured a spectacular in-game countdown ceremony at the server’s temporary event area, culminating in a massive fireworks display. Over 20 concurrent players joined the celebration.
Highlights of the event included a synchronised New Year’s countdown with real-world Brunei time, Ender Dragon fight at the End, and community building activities with group screenshots at the spawn point. - Borneo Bulletin/ANN
