Be mindful of children’s mental health and well-being, parents told

Brunei (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): Parents should be mindful of children showing signs of anxiety and depression and should reach out to help, said Ministry of Health psychologist Nur Hazwana Md Zain during a talk.

“Do not leave the matter unattended,” said the psychologist, adding parents who notice changes in their children’s behaviour or having sleepless night should talk to them.
