No pressure from Teresa Kok over azan issue, says ex-mosque committee secretary


KUALA LUMPUR: A former mosque committee secretary has maintained in a High Court that there was no pressure from Seputeh MP Teresa Kok over azan (call for prayer) issue.

Ahmad Redzuan Samsudin, 34, who was then Kota Damansara mosque committee secretary, said on Thursday that Kok had never given any pressure to them to stop using the loud speaker for the azan.
