Glue-sniffing addicts have found an alternative to feed their addiction - cow dung. The disgusting substitution was chosen because it is free and can purportedly feed their addiction up to 12 hours. According to a resident, the addicts held a plastic bag behind the cow's anus and collected the waste as the animal defecated.
