OUR usual travelling gang settled on Nepal for our next destination. On the day of departure, just as we approached KLIA, the local tour leader phoned to say that our Nepal Airlines (NAC) flight had been cancelled – we were to fly on Thai International via Bangkok instead.
We had no clue why this was happening. Only when we arrived in Kathmandu did we hear that the NAC plane had been grounded in Kathmandu Airport and barred from flying to KL because a mouse had been spotted!
