KUALA LUMPUR: IHH Healthcare Bhd said it suffered losses due to delays in obtaining the required mandatory tender offer (MTO) approvals for its acquisition of Fortis Healthcare amid a dispute between Japanese pharmaceutical company Daiichi Sankyo Co Ltd and its "judgment debtors."
