The art of easy meals

Gochujang Chicken Bibimbap, a spicy Korean-inspired bowl that turns any weeknight dinner into something special, with the perfect balance of spicy, savoury and satisfying flavours in every bite.

KUALA LUMPUR: Ayam Brand is giving Pulled Chicken a bold new chapter in Malaysian kitchens, celebrating how familiar flavours and a little creativity can transform everyday meals into something worth talking about.

Long enjoyed as a quick fix for sandwiches and wraps, Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken is now stepping into a whole new role on the Malaysian dining table.

That is the spirit behind Makan Lain Macam, Ayam Brand’s celebration of the food culture, where Malaysians have always had a special way of turning the everyday into something a little more exciting.

Taste adventure

Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken is now available in five variants, including three exciting new additions: Teriyaki Sauce, Black Pepper and Spicy Korean Gochujang Sauce, joining the existing Mayonnaise and Hot Chilli flavours that Malaysians already know and love.

Each new flavour brings its own distinctive taste and recipe inspiration to the table, giving Malaysians three new reasons to reach for a can and cook something different.

Creative cooking

Pulled chicken has long been known as a convenient pairing with bread and wraps, but Ayam Brand is rethinking what it can be.

Through Makan Lain Macam, Ayam Brand is showing how this pantry staple can take centre stage in truly Malaysian meals, from rice bowls and tiffin lunches to pasta, salads and quick family dinners.

And the best part? Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken pairs beautifully with other Ayam Brand products too, think Baked Beans, Chickpeas and Mixed Bean Stew, proving that a great meal doesn't have to be complicated.

Looking for some Makan Lain Macam inspiration? Try these to get started:

  • Teriyaki Pulled Chicken Donburi: A Japanese-inspired rice bowl that comes together in minutes, comforting, satisfying and surprisingly simple;

It is a smart everyday choice whether you are a student, a busy parent, or just someone looking for a quick and satisfying meal after a long day.

Whatever the occasion calls for, there is always a mood for it and a flavour to match. Most importantly, just like all Ayam Brand products, it contains no added preservatives, with freshness and quality naturally preserved through the retort sterilisation process, keeping every can safe, shelf-stable and ready whenever you are. Just real, quality ingredients you can feel good about.

“With these new flavours, we want to spark that curiosity in the kitchen and show that a can of Pulled Chicken can do so much more than what you'd expect,” says Ayam Brand marketing director Teoh Wei Ling.

“Whatever mood you are in, whatever meal you are making, we hope Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken becomes the ingredient that makes it a little more carik menarik.”
