BookFest @ Malaysia is back after a three-year hiatus.
THE 17th edition of BookFest @ Malaysia is set to take place from June 3 to 11 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
With its theme to “Reunite and Excite”, this year’s festival invites bookworms of all ages and genres to come together with enthusiasm to kindle the sparks of imagination.
This year’s BookFest will feature exhibitors from Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Canada and the UK.
You can find great offers at Hall 1 and 2 for Chinese-language reading materials, CDs and DVDs, text and assessment, as well as the new exhibits such as Anime and Comics Fest.
Hall 4, on the other hand, offers stationery, titbits, gadgets and IT, while Hall 5 will feature English books.
Visitors can also expect a range of entertaining and engaging activities such as a colouring competition, choir competition and cosplay competition, as well as author-sharing sessions, cooking demos and live performances throughout the festival period.
