WATSONS Malaysia is celebrating a significant milestone this month – the opening of its 600th store at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

The latest store reflects Watsons’ commitment to be the leading health and beauty retailer in the country and across Asia, promising shoppers more innovation and sustainability choices in its product offerings and services.

With this addition, Watsons continues to inspire its customers to enjoy life to the fullest and set the standards in the health, wellness, and beauty market – providing personalised consultation in health, beauty and personal care on top of its market-leading product ranges as it aspires to make its customers “Look Good, Do Good, Feel Great”.

“Since the opening of our first store in Johor in 1994, Watsons Malaysia has achieved many successes and become the place to be for shoppers when it comes to health and beauty convenience,” says Watsons Malaysia managing director Caryn Loh.

“Within 27 years, Watsons has grown to 600 stores serving over six million members nationwide.

“With the grand opening of our 600th store, this is our commitment to our customers and members that Watsons will continue to provide innovative products and services.”

Loh adds: “Watsons has been strengthening its O+O (offline plus online) business model to provide additional choices for customers to browse and shop.

“In this new store, we have placed QR codes on top of each area – cosmetics, haircare, skincare, health products and more – to provide an offline and online integration experience for customers whereby they can scan and land on Watsons’ website to browse further.”
