PETALING JAYA: Certified yogi Zoe Foo is drawing lessons from the mat as she prepares for her first full year back as a professional squash player.

The 27-year-old, who turned professional just six months ago, has relied on yoga and mobility work to keep her body and mind balanced amid the rigours of the tour.
