Kah Yan gets good stretch before clearing first round

PETALING JAYA: National squash player Ooi Kah Yan had to dig deep to clear her first-round hurdle in the SRAM PSA 1 in Bukit Jalil.

The second seeded Kah Yan was stretched by the unheralded Vharshamithraa Dinesh before prevailing 9-11, 11-3, 12-10, 11-1 in the first round at the National Squash Centre in Bukit Jalil yesterday.
