A MEDAL might have been a perfect way to seal her Asian Games debut but wushu exponent Mandy Cebelle Chen had no reason to complain after finishing sixth in the women’s taijiquan-taijijian combined event at the Aichi Prefectural Martial Arts Hall.
The 23-year-old displayed great composure and consistency, matching her morning score of 9.706 points in the taijiquan (barehand) routine with another 9.706 in the afternoon taijijian (sword) discipline to conclude her campaign with a 19.412 total.
