Diving in with the raw

We’ll be missing you: With Dhabitah unavailable, Pandelela is the only experienced woman diver left in the national team for the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore.

PETALING JAYA: With the prolonged absence of experienced diver Nur Dhabitah Sabri, Malaysia look set to send a relatively inexperienced team to the upcoming World Aquatics Championships in Singapore from July 11 to Aug 3.

Three-time Olympian Dhabitah is taking an indefinite break from the sport to attend to family matters and her absence is a blow to the team’s chances in the world meet.
