Singapore’s diving champion Avvir cites Tze Liang and Yiwei as inspirations


PETALING JAYA: Diver Avvir Tham (pic), who became the first Singaporean man in 60 years to win a SEA Games diving gold medal, has complimented former Malaysian divers Ooi Tze Liang and Chew Yiwei for sharing their experiences towards helping to make the impossible possible.

Avvir made the biggest ripple in the Thailand SEA Games diving competition when he won the men’s 1m springboard individual event.
