PETALING JAYA: Cambodia SEA Games reigning platform champion Enrique Maccartney Harold is singing the blues in North America.

The 22-year-old will have to forgo next week’s Diving World Cup leg in Windsor, Canada, as he ran out of time to secure a visa.
