KUALA LUMPUR: National track cyclist Mohd Shah Firdaus Sahrom (pic) is racing against time to regain full fitness ahead of a packed 2026 calendar after a season derailed by injury and surgery.

Shah Firdaus admitted the year has been mentally and physically taxing but is grateful for the support from his team and family as he continues his recovery.
