PETALING JAYA: National bowler Rafiq Ismail can now call himself a double champion in the biggest open bowling tournaments in South-East Asia.

The 27-year-old beat Singapore’s Mike Ong 194-156 in the stepladder final of the Thailand Open at the Blu–O Rhythm and Bowl in Ratchayothin, Bangkok, on Sunday.
