He Izz amazing ­– young bowler Naqiuddin strikes gold in Singapore


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia continue to shine in the Sonic International Classic after young bowler Izz Naqiuddin Putera Islahuddin (pic) won the Singaporean tournament for the first time.

Syazirol Syamsuddin won the title last year but it was 19-year-old Naqiuddin’s turn to claim it this time by beating Singapore’s Paiman Dali 267-213 in the step-ladder final.
