PETALING JAYA: A married couple who made their marvellous mark in badminton – that’s how Chris Adcock-Gabrielle Adcock of England will be remembered in the world of badminton.

Yesterday, Malaysia’s specialist Chan Peng Soon hailed the world No. 14 as an admirable icon in the mixed doubles – a day after the duo announced their retirement from the sport.
